They test your water for free like all other pool supply companies. They also are very knowledgeable and will help you make the best decision on supplies. Had my sweeper reconditioned. It works great. Seems like a lot of money for a repair on a sweeper $180 but was cheaper than buying new $600+. Their shock is the cheapest I have found - $2.00. more
