I called Gordon & Weinberg concerning a mix up on addresses. Through my conversations with them I was left feeling like my information wasn't important to them and that I was just wasting my time. In an attempt to speak with a surpervisor, I was denied twice and finally had to make a seperate call back only to be placed on hold for 10 minutes. Even after speaking with a supervisor I was left feeling as though my issue was not satisfied. If this is how they deal with people that are only trying to give them proper information on their customers, I would hate to be one of their clients!!!!
Pros: I didn't find any pros.
Cons: The staff needs to spend some time in customer service training.
