My hub cap fell off as I got on perkins. I couldn't stop because of traffic. It was damaged. I had new tires 3 months ago so I know the hub was fine. Since the tires were rotated, the Hub cap was not put on properly. more

My husband and I started using Gordon & Sandifer Auto Service in 1970. We had a 1964 Plymouth Valiant that they kept going until 1991. They even rebuilt the windshield wiper motor when parts were no longer available. They get me in and out quickly, and they do not charge me if they do not find something wrong. We have done everything from body work to oil changes with Gordon & Sandifer Auto Service. They have been servicing my current Toyota Corolla since 1993, and it is still going. They are extraordinary. Gordon & Sandifer Auto Service provides good, honest service and their prices are great. I like them not just because they are nice, but because they do great work. I have been going to Gordon & Sandifer Auto Service for years. They do a good job, they tell you what they are going to do, and they keep you informed about what they find. Basically, they communicate with you and treat you the way you want to be treated. Gordon & Sandifer has worked on 2 different cars for me: one Japanese car and one American car. They are usually able to do the job quickly and, on occasion, when I drop the car off and do not have a ride home, they have been able to drive me home. I am very comfortable with them and know that I can trust them to do what they say they are going to do, when they say they are going to do it. They always communicate and follow through. Also, their prices are reasonable enough that I have not gone elsewhere looking for a better price. My experience with Gordon & Sandifer Auto Service has been very positive. I have used them once at the recommendation of a friend. They weren't cheap, but not overpriced. They were fast and accurate. They replaced the part that I suspected needed replacement--though I didn't tell them; I just told them the problem so I could see what they're diagnosis was. They did a good job. Pros: Not overpriced, but not cheap. Professional and fast. more
