If ever you need service? This place is thee nicest, homey type service facility we've ever grown to love. Steve My service person is personable,knowledgable,courteous,and has been there quite some time. Prices are typical for this area but the people here pour out the proffesionalism. Walter the director of operations also has been here a long time. We service all our vehicles here and no where else. These folks will treat you right and we plan to purchase our next Chevrolet here as well because of World class service provided here. Give them a try. You won't feel more at home anywhere else I promise you. more

Awesome car dealer 2/25/2011

I have been purchasing cars and having them serviced at Gordon since the early 1990's. I usually don't write reviews but felt compelled to after my last service visit. My car was fixed, washed and at a price actually lower than quoted. They have repeatedly earned my business for sales, service and collision repair. Gordon is the best. more

Great Service 2/24/2011

A few days ago I took my car in for repair to the a/c control system and to check for a coolant leak. The quoted me about $200 to fix it. I setted in for a long wait only to be surprise a little over an hour later with a repaired and washed car. Get this, the bill was less than they quoted. more

Used car purchase 2/10/2011

I bought a used Trailblazer from Gordon Chevrolet recently. I picked out the truck but was unable to do the deal right then. Mike, my salesman, was able to do 90% of the deal over the phone while I was at work. When I came back, all I had to do was sign the papers. Steve had all the financing worked out when I arrived as well. Overall, it was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Thanks to all the Gordon staff. I will definitely be back! more

POOR SERVICE 9/21/2010

This dealership provides poor service. Every time I take a vehicle there I have to take it back. I'm responsible for a lot of cars. I bought 3 last year. My most recent trip to the service department at Gordon involved a complaint with my 2009 Equinox. It's still under warranty. The rear tires started leaking air right in the driveway. They determined that the TPM on the right rear tire was defective but wouldn't replace it as a warranty item! They said someone could've damaged it! While it was sitting in my driveway or at work? Hogwash. No more Gordon Chevy & no more GM products... You've been warned! more

Best Salesperson..Patti M. 2/27/2009

My husband and I were in the market for a new car after we had a auto accident. Now we were concerned over the car shopping dilemma and dealing with high pressure salespeople. After going to several auto dealers we were very frustrated with salespeople having no knowledge of what they were selling, till we went to Gordon Chevrolet and met Patti M. She was concerned that we find a car that met our needs and was in our budget with no pressure. I would highly recommend Patti M. to anyone looking to purchase a automobile. Our car had died and we were using a rental car. We had it for only three days. The salesman came up to us right away and helped us fill out an application. They did not have a car that we wanted so we did not get one but they were very helpful more

Gordon Chevrolet in Orange Park, FL 10/31/2008

My husband and I own our own business and recently, we were looking for a larger truck that would pull a heavier trailer. Our Salesman, Kurt Barnthouse practically bent over backwards to accomodate us. Not many people like the "buying a car" lengthly process, but we have been in and out fairly quickly. We have used this dealership several times before and they made us feel like family. We would use them again in a heart beat! more
