Super Service, the tow truck operator/technician cared !! 8/13/2011

I had a flat tire and a bent rim after hitting a pot hole and jumping the curb. It only took a few minutes for the truck to arrive. The driver qu8ickly assessed the situation and had my spare on the car within 10 minutes, he also took my tire, rim to Urgent Care Auto which is next to the towing company. Jason repaired my flat in no time, the shop was very clean and neat. These guys did a great job and I personally give them a big thumbs up for the professionalism shown to me. I will be calling them again when I need an Auto repair or roadside service!!! more

A long time Mpls area quality driven service, fast. 4/12/2011

My car needed a jump and it took less than 20 minutes from the time I called for service to get a truck t my location, Techs are very professional and know what they are doing, driver Jason is very helpful. more

Honesty & Integrity ---- NOT 12/23/2009

This company is not as they advertise. How about being told they would be there in 10 minutes, only to discover, while standing in freezing weather, an hour and a case of frost bite later, they show up with attitude and rudeness. I strongly recommend choosing a different company if service is what you want. Cons: Not what they advertise more

No mention of additional charges 12/22/2009

Driver (apparently member of the management team) arrived and went about his business all the while neglecting to mention additional charges for vehicles with four wheel drive. Prompt service and helpful people on the phone but lack of consideration for customer's budgets.? Pros: Prompt service Cons: Unmentioned fees more

GREAT SERVICE, GREAT COMPANY!! 11/19/2009

These guys went way above and beyond the call of duty! I am female and had my steering go out unexpectedly. They not only helped me on the coldest day of the year, they offered me a rental car and fixed my car in record time! They were courteous and I didn't feel like I was being mislead or taken for a ride at all! I strongly recommend this company. They truly live up to their tag line- THE GOOD GUYS. They really are. I guarentee I'll be back! Pros: polite, courteous, thorough and affordable more

they were helpful and knew what they were doing also very patient in my time of frustration with my truck they helped me understand what was going on with my vehicle. I asked the driver to suggest a garage to take the vehicle to and he recommended urgent care auto repair so I took it there alberto is a great mechanic he had my truck done the next day and it ws not that expensive. if you have a choice use gopher towing and urgent care auto repair you wont be sorry. more

Great custimer service 11/19/2007

When I needed my car towed they were very helpful. Response time was fast, driver was polite and knowlagible. They were happy to tow me to the service station of my choice. No presuring me to go to a place of their choice. Pros: Great service, Friendly more
