You can feel safe when you take your car to them. 5/1/2012

As someone, who isn't a mechanic, I have experienced a lot of shops that have taken advantage of my lack of knowledge. I was pleasantly surprised when I went to Goose Creek after a friend recommended them. Scott actually explained to me what the problems were that he found, and what were the most important to fix so I could watch my budget. I have learned a bunch about my car, and wont take it anywhere else for service. These are good folks who take care of their customers, and don't cheat, even when it would be so easy to do. You can feel safe when you take your car to them. more

If it can be fixed for less, you can bet that Goose Creek will let you know. Next time you have repairs; call your place first for a quote, then call Goose Creek and report back to me how much more money your place tried to take you for. more

Quality Service 3/12/2012

I can't say enough about the quality of service and work at Goose Creek Automotive. They spend much more time and thought on diagnosis than my previous shop, who seemed quick to look for a simple fix and new parts. This has been a tricky diagnosis, but they've really researched and figured it out. more

Honest 3/2/2012

I've had a bunch of old Mercedes. I drive them until they won't go any more. I have asked more questions of Scott than I can count, and his answers are always sound. For several years, I just asked questions, and didn't buy anything, but I still got the help I needed to keep my old cars running. After the last one finally died, I bought a new one from Goose Creek Auto Werks. They disclosed everything that was wrong and the condition they felt it was in. You just don't find honesty like that much anymore. Sure, little things go wrong on the car, but it's over 30 years old and not restored. I got a good value for my money, and friendly and helpful support to keep it on the road. Thanks guys! I love my old car. more

Very courteous and punctual service. I was told what needed to be fixed, and they fixed the problem without me having to come back and forth because different problems arose. Straight forward cut clean business! more

I would highly recommend Goose Creek Auto. 1/24/2012

I dinged my new Mercedez in a couple of places on the bumper and brought here. I'm sure most other body shops would have tried to sell me a completely new bumper but they fixed it for a lot less than even my deductible. And since it was my fault, it was a win-win situation. I would highly recommend Goose Creek Auto. more

I brought my car in last weekend for some servicing and was really impressed by the job they did. Everyone there was very friendly and knowledgeable and they really gave me a lot of bang for my buck. I would definitely bring my vehicle back here and would recommend this shop to anyone. more

Never disappointed whenever I utilize this service. The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable, and do a great job of doing quality work at an efficient pace. There has never been a problem with them between us and their prices have always been fair. I will continue to come here and highly recommend anyone in the area to try them out. more

I bought my first Benz from here and I also utilize their service center. Everyone there is very courteous, professional, and honest to deal with. There hasn't been a time where I've taken my vehicle here and the problem wasn't fixed. Thanks for all your help over the years and I highly recommend this shop to anyone in the area. more

Superior Service 12/19/2011

My experience at this shop has been far superior to any other auto repair shop in the area. I drive old and unconventional vehicles and therefore have a substantial body of experience with repair shops. Most of the time I come away with the uneasy feeling that you paid too much for a job that you could have done by yourself. Not so at Goose Creek Automotive. They have consistently charged me less than other shops quotes, have never gone over a quoted price, have been on time, courteous and professional and in fact have bent over backwards to accommodate me. The saying that you get what you pay for does not apply in this case; you get more for what you pay for. At Goose Creek you can find trained automotive engineers and, from what I can tell, very knowledgeable and skilled. I have never had to leave my car and pick it up later than expected. more

Bought 2 and looking for a 3rd! 2/9/2011

Have purchase two Mercedes from them. They give you the ""Mom and Pop"" comfort and the professionalism of any Big Full fledge dealership. Chanteau & Scott and Company make you feel at home. They have worked on my car as well as many others that I have referred to them. I call it service and sales with a smile. (hopefully they will find me a Black CLK again) more
