I have visited this store for various reasons from oil changes to purchasing tires. In the past the service was ?average? and at times slow. However, since they have changed ownership in May 2010 I have seen a dramatic improvement in the level of customer service! It appears that they have hired new management based on all of the new faces. With the new guys I have found them to be very thorough in explaining my service repairs and recommendations and also in completing the repairs in a timely manner. They have been very informative and helpful! For example, I took my vehicle in recently to have an oil change and they shared with me that I might want to consider having my air filter changed during the next couple of service visits, however it was not a ?must be done today? type of recommendation! I have also found them to be competitive on tire pricing. They were willing to match the price of a local competitor once I showed them the quote. Overall, I would recommend them to anyone who needed their vehicle worked on for any reason! more

They find too many problems. It's like the place operates on total throughput. I didn't necessarily felt like they made up problems / issues. But, it's like asking a barber if you need a haircut....fyi, they always say yes! On multiple occasions, I have wound-up spending more than I intended. they are very expensive and try to charge extra for work that is not needed. I brought the truck in with a small antifreeze leak, showed them it was a loose clamp and that information didnt get to the technician. Manager came to me and told me it needed major work and it would be $470. I showed him the leaking clamp while it was on the lift and he insisted it wasnt that easy. Clamp tightning fixed it. I decided to give them a second chance, had the brake fluid flushed the last time and when I went to leave, I didnt have any brakes!. Problem was they didnt remove the air from the lines. poor quality work. It took them 35 minutes to get the truck back into the garage to fix it becuase they were busy-poor customer service!!
