Goodyear Hillside Tire & Svc

I was seriously dreading taking my car into get fixed. I took it to various shops around the area and got quotes. I was driving to Walmart and noticed this store so I thought I would check it out. I took it in, the service was friendly and polite. They quoted me something way lower than Big O Tires (about 200 dollars difference) just up the street and he mentioned some other services I may want to consider in the future but did not pressure me into doing it. The service was quick too. Great, great experience for me and I would definitely use their services again. Great customer service. more

I took my car in because it was making awful noises from a front tire and have my break pads checked. The employee who attended me was very polite, honest and knowledgeable. He told me that my break pads were not perfect but in pretty good condition and the noise was coming from a broken plate used to help keep area from debris. He advised me that many vehicles don't come with this plates and it's not a big deal to operate the car without one, he also explained the process, part and labor cost in case i chose to install a new one. The cost of this part was only $17 so i chose to go ahead and install a new one and they only charged me $10 for labor!!! I am very happy to have found this place.
