It may not look like it from the outside, but this is a great place to take your vehicle, especially if you have an older one that other mechanics don't want to bother with. Mike, Roger, and their team will work on just about anything and don't mind if you provide the parts (of course, they won't warranty those parts, but that's totally understandable), I've taken four of my cars there over the past year and they've fixed them all promptly and correctly the first time at a very reasonable price. They even tackled an old diesel (Oldsmobile) even though they normally only work on gas engines. And they always provided a drive back to my home and back free of charge, with great conversation along the way. Don't be bamboozled by places like Les Schwab, where they put on a good show but you end up paying more than you should have; this kind of quiet local place is often ideal for getting a terrific deal on repairs.
Pros: Very reasonable prices, prompt, willing to work on just about anything
Cons: Older-style facade/interior that may turn off folks used to more modern looking places like Les Schwab
