I took my car there for new tires on a promotion that they reluctantly agreed to price match - so I thought I was getting a deal.\r Unfortunatley during the service I noticed items missing from my car, the manager stood by smoking a cigarrette while the employees convened in the back - only to come out and say they have no idea what I am talking about. Contacted BBB, said there were numerous complaints lodged - and my loss. more

If you care about your car - do not use this Goodyear Tire Store. I brought my car in to mount new tires on it and when the work was done, my rims had gashes & scratches on them. As a consolation, Goodyear agreed to fix two of the rims but leave the other two damaged. This cost me an additional $125 to fix the rims that they ruined. If you are like me and take good care of your car - take this as a warning and do not do business with this Goodyear Tire! more
