Work Not Done 12/30/2005

We usually take our vehicle to this Goodyear and have always received good and honest service. Last week my car was making a funny noise and I brought it in. They fixed one problem was charged me for an engine diagnostic and said there was another problem and they had to clean out the iack motor. A week later the car wouldn't run. Took it somewhere else and found out that the iack motor was the cause. Turns out Goodyear never did the work they said they did. PROS: Usually receive good service CONS: charged for work that seems was never done more

Good service 11/19/2005

I bought 4 new tires here when they had a special. Buy 3 get 1 Free. It was a very good deal. I had researched the price at several other stores and was very happy with the price. They were quick to install them and even threw in free tire balance and rotating for the first year. Would suggest at least checking them out if you are in the market for new tires. more

Not so great. 10/4/2005

They are not that great of a place to go to. A friend and I went to get her oil changed and to rotate and balance tires. They oil change was good, but the tires tended to act funny. I really dont know what happened, but the tires seem to "pull" a little to the right. This was not the case before visiting. Customer service is decent and the price is decent. but i dont think i would want to go there myself. more

Fair and Truthful 5/30/2005

How I dread taking my car in for servicing. You go in for an oil change and $500 later ...... Goodyear Tire on Girvin are fair and honest. We did in fact bring our car in for an oil change. We know it needs some work so my husband asked the technician to check the whole car out. When we returned to pick up the car we spoke with the service manager. He told us exactly what the car needed and what it didn't. Many of the items we were told by the dealer that we needed actually were not really needed at this time. I appreciate their honesty. more
