We saw a nice changing table on the floor and wanted to buy it. My sister went to get a sales associate while I stood by 'holding' the item. Another customer claimed she already bought the item. It turns out the customer did NOT in fact buy the item, and hadn't even yet talked to a store employee. Out of everyone involved, my sister was the first one to talk to a store associate about purchasing the item. Goodwill refused to sell us the item. A different employee said that another changing table of the same brand was in a new box in the back. We expressed interest in purchasing that item so he went to the back room to get it. He said that when he inquired about the item and situation to his manager, the manager got angry with him for asking about it and refused to sell the item out of the box.
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Manager refused to sell certain items IN STOCK
