I can't even give them one star. If you are dealing with a claim, do it yourself. I've done 80% of the work, alll they have done is met with insurance adjuster and wrote letters. I met with 5 contractors to get estimates, I've been making phone calls, texts and emails to my adjuster who NEVER calls me back. It's been over a month now and in order to get any explanation on my claim and the cost breakdown, I had to call the insurance adjuster to explain this to me! My adjuster has been useless. I've called the office manager with no luck. I have asked to have another reassigned since this one isn't doing his job. All checks go through Citizens, so in order to get paid you must endorse them. I am working with a lawyer right now to get back what they don't deserve. I want my money back!
