I made reservation with this limo service for 4:30am to the Airport. The driver came on time, he was friendly and professional. The car was clean and the rate was good. I will use this limo service again. Pros: Professional, friendly, reliable. clean car. more

Customer Service is VERY amicable - willing to please. The driver arrived on time and took us to each event with time to spare even during short notice and peak traffic hours. He was patient and friendly. The town car sedan smelled kinda funny; a funk that the driver tried to mask with cherry freshener. The leather on the seats was rubbing off. Rather shabby. The driver didn't open my door because my boyfriend kept popping out to do it himself. On the way home, the driver was talking on his cell phone majority of the way. Not exactly professional. Overall, however, he was courteous and got took where we needed on time. It was much like riding in a taxi, but with better manners and nicer car. Again, I only rented a town car, not a limo.
