North Florida Yacht Sales sold me boat that ran for less than an hour before the engine failed. I was forced to pay THOUSANDS out of pocket in repairs. I asked for helped with service, they laughed and told me it wasn't their problem. They lied to me about repairs that were performed prior to purchasing. The absolute worst buying experience I have ever encountered. I wish I had read these reviews prior to purchasing, I would have saved THOUSANDS!! more

Absolute rip off. Quoted over, that's OVER ten thousand more for the same exact boat from a Southern dealer with More upgrades than NFYS could offer. I mean I can understand a two or three thousand dollar difference either way on the competition, but over ten! ITS NO MISTAKE, I got the specs from both dealers. The Southern dealer had to pay further shipping costs as well and included a TTOP on the craft. Buyer beware. You buy from these guys, you are stuck paying for inflated costs ( 10k is a lot of fuel). The guy on the phone tried to LURE me in for a showing, offering me a great deal at the Mid 40's for a 197 SportFish, same boat, three hours South of Jacksonville and 32K, no gimmicks, just flat price and no tom foolery. Stay away and dont mention you were in or are in the military. I think, they think we are all pushovers. Dont let them hook ya! more

Have a very good relationship with the folks at NFYS. Nice to be right on the water and with a service department. Will continue to do business with them. Pros: Helpfull, kind more

My family and I went to North Florida Yacht Sales on a Sunday afternoon. The salesman didn't bother to come outside, even after my husband went in to let him know we were on the lot to look for boats to purchase. The salesman finally came out after our African-American company had arrived to survey the inventory. He was abrasive, rude and judgemental. We were thoroughly disgusted by his racial prejudice. He questioned why we were looking at the expensive boats without knowing anything about us or how much we were looking to spend. After telling us that we were standing on a 200k boat, my husband replied that we knew how much it costs and he went inside without asking us if we had any questions or needed any help. I would never purchase anything from North Florida Yacht Sales and would recommend no one else does either. Cons: prejudice, abrasive, not helpful more
