Bad customer service experience 3/22/2006

Let me start by saying that I haven't been to Good Vibes in awhile, but the last time I was there I had a really bad experience. I cannot even recall now what I was there for, but I could not get any salespeople to give me the time of day. I'm not sure if it was because I was young, a girl, or both, but no one wanted to take me seriously. I decided that I would spend my money elsewhere. On the plus side, they have a lot of really cool products and the prices seemed pretty good. more

Can you hear it 8/1/2005

Good Vibes is a car audio and video and electronic shop in Champaign, IL. They do really great work and only charge reasonable rates. They are also willing to work with you on price. You can get a 7" dvd stand alone flip down installed in an SUV with fm modulator and headphones for less than $1000. The quality of the equipment and the installation will be much better than that of national chains such as Best Buy and Circuit City. more
