Was in GTC few weeks ago looking for some tech support on the wiring on my Polaris. The employees there were rude and seemed unwilling to help, suggest a course of action or even an estimate of repair cost. One man spoke up when I asked there shop rate "depends how much money you got" I turned and walked out when another customer approached me with the same emotion WHAT AHOLES THEY ARE and then told me of this guy outside Lindale that was the best of the best and works out of his home shop. I gave this guy Gary Allen Tri- County Small Engine Service a call and he was only a few miles from me at the time and stoped what he was doing and came to me. He listened very attentive as I explained the electrical problem. (Keep in mind I have already been to every shop around and no one seemed to be able to or willing to fix my 4-wheel escape) This Guy asked if it was ok for him to do some test. Of course I said Hell Yes you can. I walked away to allow him rom to breath and watched him from my kitchen window. Within 30 minutes he had it up and running he explained the problem and even though I acted like I understood I have no idea. I asked him what I owed and he handed me a business card and said 'no charge just tell your friends about me". So here I am and believe me I have sent several peope to him and they were astonished as I was. So much knowledge and customer service right under our noses. So I recenlty wrecked my bike. I needed to get an estimate on the damages on my zx14. I brought my bike to Good Time Cycle in Tyler....big mistake. If you are looking for service and quality and people that actually give a sh*t about your bike, do not go here! I was charged 132.00 for the estimate and when I showed up to pick up my bike, my back tires had been smoked balled!!! The idiots told me that the 2000 miles that I had already put on that back tire was the life of it and offered to sell me another for 99.00$ which is their cost. Not only did the estimate come back at 7000.00 in damage but they forfeitted any chance at that business for 99.00 measly dollars. Take your bike to professionals if you care at all about it. I reccommend Broadway Powersports for all your needs....they can get anything for your Kawasaki too! more
