They re-plumbed my 100 year old home a few years ago. I was well informed about the project. They answered my questions thoughtfully and respectfully and did quality work. We hired Good Services to work on a remodel for our 1918 house. They were extremely prompt in going through the different things that we wanted them to do. They were a pleasure to work with in every way, including when it came to advice on where to look for fixtures. The house had no bathroom upstairs, so they did one new bathroom for us and completely redid the other, downstairs one. They also completed a variety of other projects for us, from putting in European radiators on the boiler system to installing a fireplace and heating in the floor. They also created an an addition on the first floor of the house for my husband's library. We ended up working with Good Services for close to a year, and everyone from Bruce to Fred (our lead technician on the job) to the office staff were excellent. My experience with Good Services has been extraordinary. Compared to the many plumbing companies I have dealt with, their service is outstanding. They do all of the plumbing for our small apartment complexes. Prior to using Good Services, we had used a major plumbing company and were not happy with the pricing or the service. Good Services has saved me a lot of money over time. If you have a concern, they check into it and follow up with you. I was so pleased with their performance on regular plumbing issues that I had them bid on a contract for heating and air conditioning as well. We have been using Good Services for many years now for all of the plumbing issues in our apartment house, which includes 6 units. They are always on time and professional. We initially started using them because they are a local company and they work in our neighborhood. One of the technicians, Rob, knows our building so well now that we do not have to do a lot of explaining. The building was built in 1926 so, needless to say, there have been a number of plumbing issues that Good Services has dealt with. When we call them, they make every effort to get here on a timely basis, which is very important to us. If it is an emergency, they come out right away. We are absolutely satisfied with all of the work they have done. If there is anything that they do not know how to do, they figure it out before attempting to do the work so that it will be done correctly the first time.
