Newly Upgraded 9/20/2010

i recently had the pleasure of meeting the new business manager their at the Sylmar, California. Mrs. Tamara Tolbert WOW what a classy Person she is. she took the time to talked to me and explain all of the new upgrade that is going on at the Sylamr , California site i am so proud of her and the new upgrade with all of the rooms. more

Customer for years to come 9/16/2010

Hi name is Clayton Ramclam from Henderson, Nevada i haved been staying with the good-nite Inn Sylmar , California for almost two (2) years , and most likely for the 3 to 4 yrs to come., at least a minimum of two (2) night a week . i must say the the staff their is very polite , very very taughtful , and helpful it makes my staying their a joyful one .i always look forward to come down once a week to spend my two nights or longer with the great staff heading up by Mrs. Tamara Tolbert. one of the very nice young lady ms. Andrea always make sure that my room is always ready on my check-in mostly on Monday's and as early as possible, Andrea is a pleasant AND A VERY NICE person that you'll got working for your company. more

Amazing place to stay 9/15/2010

This hotel is an amazing place to stay. Straight off the 5/405 freeways. Only 20 minutes into Hollywood. Perfect for those on a budget. Staff were super friendly. Gave us all sorts of info and advice. Room was clean and comfortable...amazing cable TV and wireless for guest use. Free coffee and pastries in the morning was a bonus!! I highly reccommend to anyone travelling to Los Angeles. more

i stayed there 2 nites and i mean everything went well with this hotel,,, it was calm and the best was the customer service. when im around that area again im gonna stay there again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PERFECT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more

Very Relaxing Stay 9/9/2010

My stay at the good nite inn was very relaxing. It was quit so i got a good night's rest. my room was very clean and tidy when i entered. I loved the air conditioning. The staff was very friendly, and helpful. I would definitly would stay here again. more

I had such an enjoyable night at the Good Nite Inn. After a speedy and pleasent check in, I was going to my room I noticed some teenagers playing catch, then noticed other guests watching. About an hour later went outside and guests were joining in and all of the sudden it looked like everyone was joining in. I ran into the Manager and she was even amazed! I ended up joining in, it was fun and something I have never seen in all of my travels. I wish I could experience this in other Hotels. The next day I went to the office to extend my stay, again the staff was friendly and pleasent and ran into the Manager again, she was so nice and she remembered my name after meeting for a few seconds! My stay made me feel like I was at home. The two nights that I stayed were FUN and I will make sure that I stay again. My room was very clean and accomodating for the price. What my experience was at the Good Nite Inn to me is priceless! Thank you Good Nite Inn Sylmar, see you again... more

Clean and Cozy 9/8/2010

The people were pleasant at check-in, and the room was clean and cozy. The pool and jacuzzi are open 24 hrs. Went skinnydipping and no one seemed to care .. I thought that was pretty cool. I'll definitely stay here again. more

Enjoyed all 3 stays here 9/8/2010

i have actually stayed at this hotel 3 times and every time that i have stayed there i have enjoyed my visit the front desk are always friendly every time i have went. they are located in a good location. for those who said bad remarks im sorry for you. you must have picked a wrong time to go. like ive said before i have stayed at this hotel three times and i have enjoyed it all three times. nice swimming pool, spa, elevator, clear every time ive been there. more

100% Satisfaction 9/7/2010

This trip was all about price for us. I researched customer satisfaction as my #1criteria followed or hand in hand with price. The result was 100% satisfaction. I didn't expect the Beverly Hilton for the price but I did expect clean rooms and courteous staff, and I got both. more

Decent Low Frills Hotel 9/3/2010

i have stayed at the good nite inn a few times because i take courses in the nearby city of granda hills but i live in oceanside a few hours away. this hotel is in a great location and perfect for my situation. first off the price of the room is ridiculously low for being so close to los angeles. i dont think i have ever payed more than $60 for a room after sales tax. you cant beat it. front desk/lobby/breakfast area was small but the clerk at the desk was very helpful and i enjoy grabbing a coffee and muffin and chit chatting with the morning girl. the contential breakfast is just muffins/coffee/juice, but i i know for a fact that the motel 6 next store doesnt offer that. so no complaints from me. as far as the room, its no frills and basic. i usually ask for a room that has been renovated and a recent carpet wash and they hook it up. televisions and furniture are a little dated, but again the price is so low, i didnt expect flat screens and designer furniture. the digital air conditioner is a life saver in the summer. all in all i have nothing bad to say about the good nite inn> more

Nice price and close to where I wanted to be 9/1/2010

I travel to LA a few times a year and tried the Good Nite Inn for the first time. The front desk was really helpful and check in was quick. The room was what I expected - basic but very clean. The pool was a plus and the Denny's right next door was very convenient. The 5 freeway is right behind the hotel but sound wasn't that big of a deal. Overall, good stay and I'll definitely be back! more

Great pricing in great locations. If you are looking to stay in a moderate hotel, in great locations, but don't want to pay the price ... this is the hotel chain you are looking for. The rooms are clean and they are a step up from the typical 1 star. Thanks for the great value! more

Loved the Good Nite Inn in Sylmar California 8/26/2010

I just spent 24 days at the Good Nite Inn in Sylmar California and the staff was wonderful. The room was very comfortable and was cleaned everyday. The hotel is right off the interstate so travel is very easy. Restaurants are in walking distance. And parking is very easy and secure. Cab fare from LAX is $90.00 so it is best to grab a rental car from the airport and drive straight to it. Don't worry about getting lost because it is easy to find and in LA you will love having a car to get around in. If you do manage to get turned around or confused you still do not have to worry because the staff will gladly help you find your way. Would gladly stay here again. more
