There are two problems with Gondolier, first, the atmosphere. The Gondolier in Sevierville is a cafeteria style seating. Meaning there are long tables and you will bump elbows with someone you may not want to. Second, the waitresses are missing a few things. For example, if you ask for the antipasto salad without pepperoncini, they don't even know what pepperoncini is. You end up getting a salad without any peppers. The calzones and strombolis and the other more authentic italian food is good. But there is much better in Sevier County. Even Olive Garden is better. Another one I suggest instead is the Gondolier in Gatlinburg. Surprisingly enough, the atmosphere is much much better there, the waitresses know the food, and the food is actually better there. So take the trip to Gatlinburg instead.
