I have been so very fortunate with this dealership. And very grateful to all Golf Mill Ford employees. I am a happy customer after each service there.\r I've been with them for a long time. And recently our family purchased third FORD car. Considering that a car is like a second home, and we spend plenty of time on the road, for me it's important to feel comfortable and safe. I am deeply grateful for customer and professional service that we with my husband have received from Salesman Sam Moushi and Sales Manager Nick Sfikas. Extremely satisfied with our deal and new Ford Explorer. Thank you guys. Thank you GolfMillFord. Can only highly recommend. Definitely, will be sending some people your way! more

Service Dept Ripoff! 3/7/2009

Authorized 1 hour of diagnostic service, charged for 4! Was told a manager was not available. They would not budge on it. They tried to say that we had authorized additional time, when we had not. The work order that was signed specified one hour only, and that written authorization was needed for more. I recommend using another dealership if you need service for your vehicle! Cons: Bad Service, Overcharged, No Manager Available. more
