Good: The trainers at Gold's are excellent, and so are the classes. The atmosphere is friendly and supportive. The employees at Gold's are what makes Gold's the gym that it is.. Bad: The new gym has been promised for more than a year, and still is not ready. The daycare facilities are freezing in the winter, (no heat) and sweltering in the summer (no air) Although the employees are reliable and work hard, they lack equipment appropriate to carry out their responsibilities effectively. No music players or cd's to lead their charges in movement activities, and no activities appropriate for older children. (How about a wii for these kids, or x-box?). Improvements: Give those kids some heat and air conditioning, and something to do other than color and watch cartoons. Also, with all the money you bring in, I think you could give them more than just hand me down toys from garage sales, which is what it looks like they are getting.. Other: The facilities are worn down and desperately in need of replacement. The workers are excellent, but many leave due to low salaries. How about a pay raise for these hard workers? You sure bring in enough money to pay them well and keep the facilities looking great. That alone could make Gold's the best gym in town!!.
