AMAZING 3/15/2010

This gym is such a big improvement especially with the new owners. New equiptment and the staff is excellent. i go to workout not to socialize with the GM. I love the fact that they have no contracts! check it out def!! Pros: new equiptment Cons: nothing! more

AVOID COMPLETELY 7/13/2007

This gym is very uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Management uses personal standards on gym limitations. General Manager is selfish and unfriendly, he appears to think he is better than others!!! The atmosphere is surrounded by ""clicky"" and ""snobby"" staff that follow the GM around like his little pets. I would not recommend this gym to anyone, because your experience will be awful. This gym is not a family environment and does not have the nature of helping others meet their personal goals! more

great basic gym 11/18/2006

this is what a gym is supposed to be. good classes, good equipment, full of people who just want to work out. totally friendly, unpretentious atmosphere. love it! more
