I started gym with goal to shed some extra pounds and tone up body. I was very excited and signed up for 3 months PT training agreement. Just after 4 weeks of training, the trainer (He was good) ran away and blamed the mis-management for his decision. I did not have trainer for few weeks, then new trainer was assigned, who was never consistent with his timing and wanted me to work according to his time. I accommodated that request, and on couple of occassions went to pick him up to train me. You must be calling me obssessed-to-body-building..though I am not but I was trying to be one in those days. But alas!, this trainer ran away after 5 sessions and blamed horrible management for his resignation. Last trainer was consistent but already I was in 5th month still carrying sessions from first 3 months. I had informed to first trainer about 3 month and he had written in his blackberry but Gold gym still charged me for 4th and 5th month. I could have continued but you won't believe , during casual one-on-one meeting with newly appointed fitness director , I , ""the client"", is being told that this new trainer is novice, inexperienced and further mentioned, that director tells new trainer to try some different exercises that was not conventional. I was ZAPPED. I am paying money for INEXPERIENCED trainer and how glady, plainly director is telling me that.
