Gold's Gym 1/3/2007

I belong to Gold's Gym St. Pete...best decision I ever made..joined in April 2006 and since then I have lost 12.6#'..went from sz.14 to 8...great place to work out..everyone who works there is very well informed..great machines, free weights..excellant smoothie bar. more
