I saw Michael Goldman in 2007 for what turned out to be a serious case of toenail fungus, and he didn't even seem to realize that's what I had. Instead, he lectured me about using better hiking shoes and he insisted on showing me a way to tape my toenails to hold them down onto the nail beds (IMHO, a totally useless procedure). My dermatologist verified that I had a fungus infection and, ultimately, I found an old-fashioned way to treat it, using vinegar and hydrogen peroxide. It's taken an hour a day for two and a half years, but the nails now are now very nearly normal. I have another problem now, with my heels, but there is no way I would ever go back to this clinic.
Pros: Nice enough people, I suppose, but ...
Cons: I got no help from them at all.
