i ordered delivery. teriyaki chicken, order of eggrolls, and a 2 liter of sprite. when i called the guy was very argumentative with me when i asked what kind of drinks they had. He asked if i would like a can or 2 liter. I replied i'm not sure, it depends what you have. He said do you want can or 2 liter, which again i replied that i was uncertain, 3rd time he pressed me can or 2 liter, so i gave in and said can so i could hear the selection, i ended up getting a 2 liter (or so i thought). The food arrives, the guy comes to the door, tells me the price. I said i was supposed to have a 2 liter. He said oh it's probably in my car and again asked for payment. i told him i would pay him when he brought me the 2 liter, so he went to the car, no 2 liter. i told him that was fine just deduct the price, which he did and he got $5 tip. I open the bag, take the food out and it's not teriyaki chicken. It is some plain chicken, no flavor at all. I intended to eat it anyway but decided to call Golden Wok back and let them know they got my order wrong and forgot my drink. A different person answered, i explained i didn't get teriyaki chicken, she started arguing with me about what teriyaki chicken is. when i asked should it have teriyaki sauce on it her reply was :'what you mean?' Needless to say i am extremely dissatisfied with the service. 3 different employees all tried to argue with me rather then make me happy. That is terrible customer service and i will never waste my time with this place again. .
