I spoke with Virginia this afternoon because FedEx was refusing to deliver my package that contained dated materials. Since it was a holiday weekend I was having a really hard time finding someone to drive the 45 miles to pick up the package and deliver it to its final destination. Without hesitation she told me they could do it and it could be done before the end of the business day! I have worked with a lot of courier services in the Los Angeles and Orange County area and I wish that Golden State had a branch down here because I would love to use them over all the people down here. Thanks Virginia for making my New Years plans possible!!! Pros: Quick and willing to help Cons: none! more

Youd better send everything twice if you want it to get through their hands. I sent a VERY important and time dependent overnight letter through them, and they signed for it and everything. The problem is, they claim they dont know who it is that signed for it (or cant read the signature). Then they berated me when I politely suggested it may have been lost by them and told me they were not willing to help me out or even try to look for it. I sincerely suggest you choose to go with another courier service it you have the choice, unfortunately, I had to use them since the company I was sending to uses them and now am out my original overnight mail fee plus I have lost my best business client since this time-sensitive material was not received when it was urgently needed. Thanks Golden!! Pros: NONE! Cons: They dont get your mail where it needs to be, and arent helpful when they lose what you sent. more
