Worst

Pretty weak strip mall bar...beer is cold....staff is ok....pretty sketchy people hang out there. I would not recommend this place for small kids...much better options...

Will Never Return 2/4/2011

Tried this place today with two friends for the first time. Worst bar in Golden. Terrible bar staff, bad specials, and sketchy people. The waitress made it very clear she didn't want us there. Will not be returning, and recommend skipping this one to everyone else. more

Great Food & Service 4/26/2010

This is a great place and one of the nicer gems in the Little Pub Company locations. Google littlepubco. All ages feel welcome. Not just a bar. Nice and cozy. Great and friendly staff. Old general manager and new general manager both great people. Best of luck in your future and new life Melody. Patio is now smoke free per the city of Golden 03/10. Patio is very nice on a warm day. Pros: Burgers, Nice Selection of Beer, Management, Daily Specials Cons: None more

One of the last smoky bars 2/2/2010

I'll never go here again, the covered front porch is incredibly smoky, and you have to walk through the cloud to get inside. If you want to do anything beyond sitting and drinking, then you're stuck in the smoky poorly-ventilated front area with self-entitled smoking meatheads. Pros: Nice service Cons: The Big Buck Hunter & Pool Table are in the smoking area more

Great atmosphere 10/1/2006

The Spot is a great place for hometown bbq. Go on Monday nights and play trivia or watch your favorite sports event. Can get a bit crowded sometimes. Try seating on the patio on a cool fall/spring night. Prices are reasonable and wait staff is friendly. more
