Golden Spike Roofing Inc did a great job. They were prompt and worked really hard on our new roof. They couldn't start right away because of the winter season, but they worked around our schedule to get it all done. more

I have already recommended Golden Spike Roofing to some of my neighbors. I've used them twice and they recently replaced my roof. They always send an experienced crew to do the work and they are punctual, professional, and charge a reasonable price. Overall, I was completely satisfied with everything that was done. more

Golden Spike Roofing Inc is a very good company and I have already recommended them to others. The contractor was very responsive to my needs. However the rest of the staff needs to work on their customer service. They could also improve on their billing. Other than that, they are great. more

Dave & Scott were always prompt, gave us very personal service & excellent quality of a steep roof going from shake shingles to cement shingles - They followed the timeline & Priceline - We couldn't be more pleased - The quality of the work on the shingles & gutters was superb ! Quality Contractor 2/22/2014

Scott Siebold was my initial contact with Golden Spike. His knowledge of products and techniques allowed me to make an informed choice, After bids from several contractors Golden Spike was totally competitive and I was able to utilize top of the line materials. Job bid was clear and complete and we were able to progress in a timely manner in spite of weather. Scott and Dave were available as project managers and crew was courteous and concientous about clean-up and following up on details. I would recommend to friends and neighbors. more

They did what they said they were going to do 12/6/2013

I was very satisfied with Golden Spike Roofing Inc's service. I had my house shingled three years ago by another company, but I had to get it redone because of the hail storm we had. Golden Spike re-shingled my house. The project manager, Scott Seibold, came out and talked to me. They did exactly what he said they were going to do. In addition to re-shingling the house, they put new plywood down over the roof deck, which they didn't know they would have to do at first. The results are very nice. I love the shingles - the color and everything. The only thing was I didn't care for the people Golden Spike recommended to me for painting the house. While I wouldn't recommend the painters, I would definitely recommend Golden Spike. They were much better than the company I hired three years ago. They did what they said they were going to do. They kept in contact with me and kept me informed, which I thought was really good. more

Golden Spike Roofing's people were very quick getting the job done. They put on a whole new roof, installed new gutters, and painted the whole house. Again, they were super quick! They got the whole thing done in a timely manner. They were also easy to talk to. I didn't have any problems communicating with Spike, Dave, or Scott. more

Vast knowledge of different roof types and problem solving 10/31/2013

Golden Spike Roofing Inc's knowledge of different roof types and problem solving really separates them apart from other companies. The service is exceptional. They don't collect a penny until the whole job is complete. In fact, they won't collect anything until the customer is fully happy with the end product. If I have any issues or corrections to be made, they are immediately responsive to them. The crew that does work is very courteous and great. They've done concrete roofing, tiling, gutter work, and a little bit of everything for me. They offer very professional service. I would recommend them absolutely. more

Honesty, courtesy, and competence. 10/29/2013

We have a really steep roof. Golden Spike Roofing Inc. provided just excellent service. The crew arrived when they were supposed to and left when they were supposed to and there was just never any question as to the quality. I was the guardian of a cousin who had a huge house out on the mountain. After that first job, I brought them out to look at her roof. I thought it was in pretty bad shape. They looked it over and told me it did not need to be replaced. They could have very easily told me it did as she was quite wealthy and I was her guardian at the time. I appreciated their honesty. They are very honest and competent roofers. They really did an outstanding job. more

Go with Spike! He'll get the job done and be honest about it. 10/4/2013

Spike from Golden Spike Roofing had come over to assess our roof. I really appreciated his honesty in particular. It's just impeccable. There are some companies who say you need this you and you need that. He doesn't do that. He's really willing to work with you. He's just a nice, honest guy; I can't say anymore than that. He ended up doing a little work with the gutters and pulling up a gutter when we needed that. He was also able to look at our neighbor's roof. A lot of times she isn't home, but at that particular time she happened to be. There was another company that had told her she needed a whole new roof when it turned out she didn't. That's where Spike was really impressive. He's not out to gouge you. He's just honest. more

Overall a nice experience. 9/27/2013

Golden Spike Roofing Inc. did a fairly complicated roofing project for us. We had some issues, but we were able to work them out and it turned out very nice. They were doing a combination of asphalt shingles and flat roof. The installation was fine. We had no problems really; it just took a lot of time and a lot of details had to be figured out. The guys who actually did the work were very polite and very professional. They touched base with me as the homeowner when they got to the job, during the day, and at the end of the day. They cleaned up really well. They delivered a good product and I'd be happy to recommend them. more

Our roofing experience with Golden 4/29/2012

Our roofing experience with Golden Spike was incredible from beginning to completion. Their project manager responded to our request for an estimate quickly. He also provided his expertise when discussing material options for our roof. The job started when promised and ended ahead of schedule. Both the project manager and company owner were on the job site actively engaged in overseeing the project. The roofing crew worked diligently and cleaned up well, leaving not a trace of trash behind. more
