Classic traditional barbershop with fantastic hair cuts. I've got my hair cut at the Golden Shears for 6 years and none of the other shops nearby come close to the quality of hair...

Neighborhood Barber Shop 5/10/2006

I've been getting my hair cut by Bobbie for years here, and despite the inconvenience of going into downtown Menlo Park I wouldn't change. She always provides a good haircut and friendly conversation. more

Modern Hair Stylist at Old Time Shop 5/9/2006

Our children have been customers of Yvonne's since they were toddlers (they are now teenagers). They love catching up with her every six weeks. She has been able to adjust her styling as the kids have grown and changed. My only complaint is that you have to book far in advance - she's very popular. Prices are fair ($17-$25). more

Good local kids haircut 4/25/2006

In the back of this old-fashioned barber shop is a small area where my two girls got their haircuts from Valerie. She did a good job making the girls feel comfortable. It was nothing spectacular, and they don't have many toys, but it was local and easy. $20 a piece more
