Golden Professional Coaching has coached over 100 clients in the past 15 years. The executive coaching process includes a combination of the methods of Marshall Goldsmith, John Mattone and Dale Carnegie. During the initial engagement, the mentee and mentor meet to determine the goals and objectives of the coaching process. Two assessments are completed and the executive’s stakeholders are asked to assess and rank the client on 15 competencies. These assessments enable to coach in conjunction with the coachee to create a personalized coaching plan to address areas of concern and help the leader achieve measurable results. The coachee will receive support to handle and change management needed in his/her organization.
