We have been customers of this restaurant for years, both eating in and take-out. Since the new ownership, the quality of the food has gone down and so has the customer service, but my kids still like it. So on a recent take-out order, part of the meal was missing. This has happened in the past and they have always made it right. This time I was told that it didn't come with my order because they ran out of the item. When I said they should have notified me when I placed the order, he made excuses and offered to give me double on my next order. This was unacceptable because giving me twice as much as what I need in the future was no solution to the current problem. He put the manager on the phone who made more excuses and became argumentative. This was not good customer service! In the future, I'll be taking my business elsewhere!
