We went for lunch and found out that they didn't open at 11:00 as posted, but actually 11:30. That didn't stop the owner from inviting us in and letting us wait for the opening time. He gave us menus and turned the music on. We chatted with the host, servers and the owner and the service was great, but the food was even better. There was several large groups there, and the owner took time to speak to everyone. One large group spoke German or Czech to him, and they were all having a really great time. It was absolutely delicious, the best German food that we have ever had, and we have tried many restaurants in Denver and the surrounding area. I would highly recommend this restaurant and we are looking forward to going back for dinner, to try the Czech plate, a combination plate with roast duck and pork loin. Try it, you won' be disappointed!
Pros: Authenticity, great food, great service and very affordable
