Bad SERVICE 9/26/2011

I visit the JONESBORO GA 8465 TARA BOULEVARD location on 9252011, we had a bad experience. The waitress Lou had a bad attitude, she didn't refill our drinks or pick up our dirty plates on the table. I had to take my cup up to the drink station and have someone else to refill my drink. It was three of us and we had to eat around dirty plates because the waitress never picked up the dirty plates. The station that held the silverware had no folks or knives for us to eat. When I told the manager there was no folks and the waitress was not servicing us, he didn't seem to care. \r \r more
