Golden Bear Appraisal is a good appraisal company. Golden Bear Appraisal doesnt really know what they are doing they just try their best. Golden Bear Appraisal actually made my house worth more than waht it should have i dont care though it means more money for me. Golden Bear Appraisal doesnt charge much either. i need to find a good mortgage place with good rates so if anyone noes anything mesage me. overall Golden Bear Appraisal is good. more
