Your bagels are he best. I have been getting my bagels from you for 30 years. When you were on Broadstreet, service was excellent and friendly! Now that you have hit the ""Big Times"", the bagels are still the best but your service is atrocious. Never a ""Hi"", or a ""thank you"" and nobody pays attention to the order. It is annoying to have to check everything I ordered before leaving, and more annoying having to come back to exchange it ! PLEASE HELP, I DON'T WANT TO SWITCH TO RONNIE'S !!! more
