Jason Heym was a very good attorney.he moved the case along when other side slowed it down.pensions are valuable to 55year olds.my wife got 1/2of it because she does have one.that fact should have been discovered earlier in case. I would say Jason was perfect otherwise. more

I hired Liam McGill 11/1/2012

I hired Liam McGill to represent me after wasting many months and many dollars on an attorney who had no guts and definitely did not have my best interests at heart. Liam quickly got hold of the situation and mitigated damages and brought the matter to a close. more

I needed an attorney to help me with custody 10/25/2012

I needed an attorney to help me with custody and because of this firm's gravitation towards helping men in a world where the mother is usually the main focus I decided to retain their services...and I couldn't be happier. The attorney they chose for me was Chance Fewel, he was a perfect fit. My case was/is complicated and he was not only empathetic but aggressive and it seemed he always had an alternate route to take. Having options is very important. I can't tell you how many times I emailed Chance frustrated with how I was being treated by my ex and every time he made me feel like it would be ok, to take it easy and let him do what he does. That was a life saver! The last thing but maybe the most important, money. When we think lawyer we think big money. Chance went out of his way to always let me know what my options were within my budget and what best to spend that o . What shocked me was that Chance also took the time to let me know what to do so I could maximize every dollar I paid. I've never been a "tell your friends" person but with how important it is to have a solid attorney for custody and how phenomenal Chance and Goldberg-Jones have been, I wouldn't hesitate recommending the firm to a complete stranger. Thank you guys! more

I was referred to this law firm 10/16/2012

I was referred to this law firm by another law firm on a last minute notice on my child custody and child support case. Ms. Webb took my case. Ms. Webb was thorough, complete, professional and delivered on court day. I was proud to have a Ms. Webb and Goldberg Jones represent me through many ups and downs leading up to my court day. I couldn't believe how well my case was handled. From the consultation to the end result my case was handled by nothing less than professionals. There were no hidden factors and everything was there for me to see. This law firm stood by my side and got me the results I asked for in the beginning. I can't thank them enough for being there to guide me and do what ever they could so I could make a well informed decision. I was getting pretty emotional and upset, Colin help point out what I was facing the best way to handle everything and helped to calm me down. I still don't know whats going to happen but at least I now know the scenario of whats to come. I find I am calming down and accepting the situation. Thank You Colin much appreciated. more

Jason listened to my case and negotiated a more than fair deal with my ex's lawyer. He was diligent on fighting for what I needed and not wasting my time and money on things that were non-negotiable. I had an initial brief phone consult with Colin, who was very informative and encouraged me to gather more information. My face to face consultation was with Brett. I found Brett to be knowledgeable in terms of the law and current practices in Oregon. But, more importantly, he was practical and realistic and helped me identify next steps and consider the differential impact of certain events and decisions on my children (13 and 8) and on the family as a whole. I highly recommend Goldberg Jones for family law, regardless of your gender. more
