"The name on the door does the work" was what Atty. Jeff Gold said to me on our first phone call. He more than lived up to the claim. Mr Gold, explained to me that the best way to work with the courts is to show them that you are not just another number on a piece of paper. You will be requested to go to at least 40 AA meetings, get letters of recommendation from colleagues and employers, and possibly see a clinical psychologist. Trust me when I say that, IT IS WORTH IT. Not only will this paint a picture for the prosecutor, it will also educate you. The AA meetings are the best way to see how alcohol can affect lives, and the letters force you to admit your (alleged) offenses to those around you. Do the work yourself, and Gold and Witham will do their part. Nothing is guaranteed, of course, but I am very glad to have hired them.
