Fun winter camps 1/22/2007

My 4-year-old son attended two "day camps" at Gold Star during winter break, and had a great time. The class included not only traditional gymnastics (hanging on the rings, doing "pushovers" on the lower uneven bar, trampoline, etc.), but also obstacle courses, parachute play, and arts & crafts. I was so impressed with the facilities and the staff, I plan to enroll him in a regular weekly class. more

new mountain view location facility 5/12/2006

wow! what an improvement both in and out. No more long chain of cars dangerously snaking out on el camino, or parking in the funeral home's parking lot (heebee jee bees!)\r \r nice spacious, CLEAN, light gym. Better ventilation and less Sweaty -sneaker smell inside. Lots more classes and less wait lists. last year had to wait 6 months before getting into the next level's at the same time/day slot. keep prices reasonable please! PROS: parking and cleaner brighter facility, easier access off central expy CONS: none more

we will return 3/15/2006

We came here for a birthday party and were very pleased with the activities and the experience of the staff. They are able to manage a large number of young kids at once. The birthday party setup is pretty good since they have a separate area for food and you can bring in just what you like. We hope to return for more fun. Great for parties 3/7/2006

I haven't been here for a class, but I have been here for 2 separate parties for 3 year olds. It's a great venue for such a party. They run the party and you bring the food. The kids have a lot of fun and really wear themselves out. It can be a little stressful for anal parents who want their child to follow the rules (there is so much equipment around, some kids want to try it all). But if you just relax, you'll have a great time! more
