Poor customer service, pretentious staff. Worried about commission and not what you really want, very high pressure sales techniques.

We bought our engagement ring at Gold and Diamond Source 14 years ago and decided for our anniversary we would get an upgraded diamond. We were nervous to make that finacial commitment again but knew we would do it with Gold and Diamond source. WE were SO HAPPY to hear that after all these years they gave us FULL VALUE for the diamond we bought from them 14 years prior!! With what we budgeted and there GERNEROUS policy on previous customers I now have close to a 3 1/2 carat diamond ring!!! I even switched it to a princess cut! THANK YOU Steve, Julie and all the staff who made us so comfortable and the transaction so easy!! WOULD NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE more

My wife, just like all women, absolutely loves nothing more than a diamond. When we found the Gold and Diamond Source we were so pleased with the selection. Of course my wife has moved past the traditional style of diamonds and can not get enough of the colored diamonds that the Gold and Diamond Source offer. more

Gold and Diamond Source 10/16/2006

This is the place to be in Clearwater when you need Gold. This place as soon as you walk in it just glitters. They have it all set up so nicely in glass cases and it really is a huge store too. So there is a big selection of whatever you need. They also have access to more if you dont find what you are looking for. This store though was way out of my league for price. I just couldnt afford anything there. more
