Definitely a Cut above the rest... 7/3/2010

It's been a month since our 20th anniversary when my husband gave me a stunning custom made three stone ring. It's absolutely stunning! Two .31 round side stones and a 1.80 (VS2, I) center round, great quality and price. About a month before we shopped for rings at multiple stores. We were impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of the sales person and manager(Linda and Tom), the creativity of the pieces in the store and confident the custom piece would come to fruition as planned. We have had custom wedding rings made from Gold and Silver Creations in Sturgeon Bay and Plumb Gold in Racine. The personal service, quality and ability to produce the ring in a few weeks was truly a cut above the rest of jewelry stores we worked with in the past and compared to stores we shopped locally when making this purchase. And did I mention it is stunning!!! more

Not all jewelry stores are created equal...trust me. 4/25/2010

I am very impressed with the level of professionalism and creativity from this jewelry store. I brought in a loose diamond and asked them to help create a necklace with it. I was thrilled with the end results. They always have a variety of choices no matter what you may be looking for. Thank you for the positive experiences I've had with Gold Creation Ltd. Not all jewelry stores are created equal. They are truly one of the best. more

HORRIBLE!! WILL NEVER RECOMMEND!! 1/26/2009

I bought a watch that cost over $1,000 in July of 2008. I had to continue calling to see why this watch had not come in. I NEVER received a call with an update from them. In Nov 2008, I again called and was told the wrong watch had come in and they sent it back and are waiting on the correct one. I then asked for a refund. It is now Jan 2009 and still no refund, no calls, no nothing. I made a complaint with the BBB (which they are not a member of, wonder why), and they have not even responded to them. Next I will have to sue them in small claims court. I would never recommend this most unprofessional business to anyone. more

We have had some rings redone here. I lost a diamond on my wedding ring and we had them replace some other ones with emeralds on my ring and my husbands. They did a fantastic job. We always come back here when we need something done to other jewelry or to buy something different. more

Excellent Jewlery Store 9/18/2007

My husband has purchased many items for me from Gold Creations and I have loved every item he has purchased. Large selection and if they don't have what you are looking for they will create a piece for you. Employees are very nice and helpful. Store is easy to find. more
