The experience was excellent right down 5/30/2012

The experience was excellent right down to the time that my car was delivered in Pittsburgh at 8:30 PM last Saturday night, even quicker than you had promised-the person who delivered my car was extremely professional and clearly very much respectful of the car and its condition, and would not leave until I inspected it front to back to make sure it was as promised, which it was. As you know, this for me may be an interim Bentley until the brand-new version of the Speed comes out in a few years. When it does come out, I will not hesitate to come back to buy from you, with the only uncertainty being how the local Bentley dealer where I live would react to servicing a new car not purchased from them. more

this place is beyond breathtaking!! i mean where have you seen a dealership which looks like this! and the salespeople take the time to really answer all questions, even though they knew i was not buying! i had such a lovely experience when i went back a few months later with my boyfriend i made sure he bought his bentley there and he was thrilled and very happy with his experience! its way beyond a store! more

I just wanted to send you a quick note and tell you thanks for making my dream car a reality. I got a 2011 Spur Speed. Before this arrived at my house in Utah I had only seen them on TV. Your recommendation and ability to asses my tastes were clearly from years of making sure the customer comes first. We have never met face to face and the fact we were able to have a smooth transaction over the phone was awesome. I have had the car a week and am blown away by the handling and opulence of this vehicle. This will be our first of many more head turning vehicles!! more

After 6 months of shopping for a Ghost, I finally made ""land fall"" at Gold Coast and the treasure was more than Gold. I rate the service and integrity through my purchase experience as platinum level! Sven and his manager, Joe were efficient and extremely competent. Sucked 9/22/2011

They referred me to a shipping company for a car I purchased, knowing well that they were getting a cut of the money for the referral. Most unprofessional shipping company I've ever dealt with. Car was promised to me on a Tuesday or Wednesday, by Friday nowhere to be seen, no answer or callback from the driver, after paying a significant amount of cash money for the car. I'm at wits end and the dealership just points the finger at the shippers. I feel betrayed. more

My experience with Chris and Joe was a very favorable . They were nice and very knowledgeable of the market and the cars we were dealing with, Chris answered all my text messages right away with concrete answers my car showed up in Florida when promised with no issues at all . I will always give Gold Coast and Chris an opportunity when I am in the market for another luxury car . more

None compare to the service I recieved at BGC 7/18/2011

It is amazing the level of knowledge they have about the cars, 4 visits later I finally made my decision and it is my new baby. I have shopped at other luxury car dealerships but none compare to the service I recieved at BGC. Thanks again. more
