Oooh, nice.... I am in love with this place. Their products are superb, and they know just what to do to make you feel relaxed and look so much better. Great facials and massages. These people know what they are doing. I just wish I could get there more often. It's always a treat. more

I am A naturopathic doctor, and have been getting colonics for years. I have never been partial to one place in particular. I travel a lot, and thought it was all the same anyway. Boy was I wrong! Gohar at Carole Franck Day Spa is by far the best, and most knowledgeable therapist I have ever been to. I was referred to her by a client of mine. I can't thank her enough for the referral. When you first get there they offer you 10 minutes on their whole body vibration machine FREE! It stirs up the lymphatic system, which helps with cellulite. I don't know a woman who wouldn't like that. When they take you back for your colonic everything is explained to you thoroughly before you begin your session. She was so gentle and knowledgeable, we had such a wonderful conversation before I knew it we were done. Before you leave they give you pro-biotics to take to replenish your good bacteria. Like I said, I have been getting colonics for years. I have never been to a place that pays so much attention to detail, and really takes care of you. I recommend getting a colonic to all my clients, and i tell them the place to go is Carole Franck Day Spa! more

Best facials I have ever gotten! I was a little nervous because my previous experience with facials have been painful and uncomfortable. However, I was extremely satisfied with my results. Gohar (owner) with 28 years of experience, Licensed in Europe, London & Australia first talks with you about your concerns with your skin, what your cleaning regimen is and what changes you would like to see. The facials are all made with natural ingredients so no foul smelling chemicals, She also did a peel and massaged my neck area and proceeded to do extractions. My problem is black/ white heads so in previous facial experiences the extractions were always the worst, leaving me red and swollen. But I have never experienced that here. I have started using the line of products she uses and my face has never looked so good! Now my skin is looking tighter, more youthful and clear of black heads. I LOVE IT!!! I love every step of the facial! Even the extractions are great! You feel tugging but that's about it... Then voila! Clean pores!! :) It's totally worth giving it a shot and seeing what you can do for your skin. It's a very soothing safe atmosphere and Gohar is always as sweet as can be! Its hard to find a quality spa in los Angeles. If you want a genuine retreat with great professional service, this is the place. Walked in and was greeted by a beautiful woman named Gohar with a smile that made me forget who I was for a moment. I left all my problems at the door. I was promptly catered to and quickly began an Ionic treatment (that you have to see to believe), a facial, followed by a great massage. I must admit, I left very relaxed and happy. This is by far the worst establishment out there. its EXTREMELY difficult to get an appointment at this spa, even if you are already fully paid. Will take just about a WEEK for them to call you back for scheduling - that, is crazy. The receptionist who answers the phone is very RUDE. Very unaccommodating, very unfriendly and very unhelpful. UNPROFESSIONAL is how id like to call it. Not only that, I've had a massage there about a year ago, and the service was subpar, massage is mediocre. The 1st time i went there the masseuse had an emergency and could not make it, and they did not even call me. I had to leave early from work that day for that appointment, and when i got there she was not available? i call that, again, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I could go on and on about this hideous spa, but they already wasted so much of my precious time... Pros: ZERO Cons: EVERYTHING more

Everything about this spa is a disaster. Making your customers wait is always a no-no. Wait in anguish? A double no-no. i waited A COUPLE OF DAYS just to get an appointment with them! I already complained, but still the service did not get any better, but worse. I've never heard of any establishment that will make u wait A COUPLE DAYS just to get you assisted.
