We had a great experience with Godwin! We had been using another company to repair our aging (19 yrs) furnace and we got sketchy service from them and decided to shop around at a couple of different companies. We needed another repair, or if the repair was significant then we were going to replace the furnace. Between the two companies we were looking at, Godwin had the better customer service. They sent out a tech to diagnose what was going on, and they didn't charge us for this (Russ). They deducted the cost of the initial visit from the price of replacing the furnace (at the time we were not sure which way we were going - so in the end they saved us $100 just for this aspect of it). Russ was kind, professional, knowledgeable, and punctual. He was everything I could have wanted in a service professional. \r

We got the estimate for the furnace replacement and it was a bit over the other estimate we had got. I let Russ know that we really wanted to go with Godwin, and they worked with us on the price to match the other company we had checked out.\r

This morning Steve was sent over to replace the furnace. Also - he was just as efficient, professional, kind, and happy as Russ was! I am so impressed with Godwin's customer service! Steve was on time and worked quickly to get our heat going once again. They cleaned up their mess and we have a great new furnace! Godwin just got a new customer for life! Thanks Godwin and thanks to Russ and Steve for such a great job!\r
