My glasses have been wrong 4 times now. The "manager" came out to talk to me but I had a difficult time looking past her chest hanging out and her extremely short dress. It was horrible. Then, she got an attitude with me and made me feel like I didn't matter and that it was my fault that the glasses were wrong. I will NEVER go back. more

This place has a great selection of frames for both eyeglasses and sunglasses. They are a bit more expensive than some other places I have shopped at before, but worth it in my opinion. They have lots of brand names , if that makes a difference to the buyer. I was able to pick my glasses up the next day with them. I know most other places you can have your glasses later that day, but most people don't have to have them right away. My glasses were a special case, so the next day may not apply to everyone. They do eye exams and all the same type services as everyone else. insurance is accepted here , as well. I was waited on quickly with courteous, professional, friendly service, which I totally appreciate. I have dealt with some really bad CS at other places, so this really stood out for me. more

I have to admit, that even though Ossip can be pretty pricey, there is nowhere else I would rather go for glasses in Indianapolis. They have gorgeous merchandise. I think that frames for glasses can get really expensive no matter where you go, so why not get beautiful unique glasses that you will want to maintain for a longer time? I have had really great customer service here. They have even replaced lenses for me about a week before my warranty and prescription were due to expire just to save me money. more

I don't buy my glasses here, but stopped in one day when I lost a screw on my glasses. They saw me within 5 minutes, fixed the glasses, cleaned them, straightened them, and sent me on my way. I tried to pay them, especially since I am not an Ossip patient, but they wouldn't hear of it. That alone makes me want to go there in the future. They do have a great selection of funky frames...if only my insurance covered them...I'd go in a heartbeat. more

I've had many experiences with Ossip, and the glasses themselves are lovely, but the prices are out of line and the service is horrible. My items have been wrong and/or very late more than they've been correct. more
