I just had the worst customer experience I have ever had in all my life. I asked the attendant if the change machine took $5. He pointed to the machine and said what does it say. I responded that a simple yes would have been ok. He told me to get the F*ck of his Laundry mat and to find another one if I don't like it. I asked how he could keep customers like that and he simply repeated his obscenities. I asked to get a number of the manager and he continued to tell me to get the F*ck out. He must have used the word 50 times no exaggeration. His attitude clearly reflected that the people who use his facility have limited choices and he could treat his customers any way he wanted.
