Best place for your children 10/14/2011

""Exceptional Educational Rigor"" The Goddard School of Middletown, DE provides an outstanding curriculum that includes variety and challenges the students appropriately. My daughter has been a student there for the past two years and she is well ahead of her peers that attend other preschools. Also, the teachers are excellent and all highly-qualified in the field of education. The Goddard School of Middletown, DE is a worthwhile investment for my daughter's success in the future. more

Wouldn't even let my pets go here! 6/2/2011

When I enrolled my children at Goddard I was hoping for fantastic care. But all I got was mediocre care and service! The owner cares about nothing but money and how much of it he has. He is hardly ever present and when he is he has no interaction with the children! The director is also very dishonest and untrustworthy. When I would pick my children up from the center they were either dirty or unsupervised! The afternoon staff all look like they are just out of high school or are still in. I have removed my children from this school and I feel like a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders! more

Its like driving BMW VS Toyota 2/9/2011

We enrolled here after our 2 year old son had his fourth teacher in 2 months at a so called ""academic"" preschool. We've found the teachers here are much more experienced and caring. My perception is because the owner is on site every day and knows what's going on. Its a beautiful facility. Its like driving BMW VS Toyota if you know what I mean. more

This is a wonderful educational experience for my child 1/27/2011

I am a picky parent too and the Goddard School exceed my criteria: The teachers are nuturing and loving, the curriculum-challenging and exceeds my expaction. location is out of my way to work but I love to see my chid grow and happy, exposing my kids to a diversity ,my child had a great time---priceless! \r more

Not sure about it 10/1/2009

I am a first time mom and daughter is 1. I feel like her one teacher gets overwhelemed and couldn't wait for her to be moved to a new class. I was poorley informed about the price and that food was provided once she turned 1. One the positive side she seems to be developing much faster then when she was watched by her grandmothers and they do something special with her everyday. I like that they incorporate art and creativity at such a early age. I'm not sure it is worth the money. I have been debating looking at other places until she is older. more

Best experience I have ever had! I am what you call ,one of the ""pickier"" mothers. Just to give you an idea, I had switched 7 different schools within a year! Both of my kids have excellent teachers, actual ex- kindergarten teachers. Yes, they are REAL teachers not babysitters! They have worked with them in their weak areas, and I feel that they have really excelled. My just turned 4 year old is already reading and writing basic sentences! I have the option having free childcare at the base, but Goddard is worth every penny Pros: REAL teachers , Cons: Very Clean more

The worst preschool I ever taken my kids to 7/3/2009

I wouldn't recommend this school to anyone. The owner is very dishonest. Does not seem educated at all. He tells you something and does something else. He is never present at the school and all he cares about the monthly school tuition. At this school the management is very dishonest and dont care about the kids growth. There are several other parents who have complained as well, but I didnt listen at first. be very careful!!! Pros: cleanliness Cons: dishonesty, bad attitude, lack of common decency more

The Best Place for your Children Education in town. 5/27/2009

I walked in the school with out any appointment. Its the most cleanest place I visited in whole of the area , me and my wife are shopping for a while and we find out the Goddard school is the best place for our child.\r I feel comfortable to leave my child at the safe and secure environment with the fully qualified staff. I also love all the programmes they have to offer. \r I fully recommend the school to other families and I encourage them to visit the school them self. Pros: Education and Development of the Children Cons: No Kindergarten Program at this Time more
