I purchased two office chairs in March of 2009. In September of 2009, the fabric was tearing on one of them. I contacted Gobins, only to be told unless it was a certain brand, that I would have to contact the company directly for warranty service. No problem, but I was told the information was on the bottom of the chair, only there is no information there. It appears to have been removed and the invoice does not indicate any brand name. Subsequent calls were unreturned, and I am left with a chair that is falling apart. I expect better service from a local company and as a result, future office supply purchases will be made elsewhere.
