worst experience ever, I would not recommend BWIC to anybody and most definately will not use them again myself. I waited in the waiting room for 2 hours and waited another 30 to see the Dr. he was in my room for maybe 2 minutes at the most. I was there for 4 hours. I was told on the phone and when I walked in the door the fee would be 134.00 plus the xray, when I walked out I was charged a flat 400.00. They were all rude, not at all a friendly place. I will choose the ER next time. more

Bay Walk-In Clinic Accross from Panama City Mall saved my Wife's Life! 5/27/2009

She had a stomach ache for several days. We went in on the weekend. The wait was about an hour.Thru careful exams from the Dr. and looking over the X-rays he found that it was more than a stomach ache. He immediately referred us to a specialist and they found a lump which turned out to be a cyst. They made us feel very comfortable and were very compassionate. They treated us with respect. The Cyst was removed thru surgery from a specialist. The Staff is Caring and thorough and professional.Class act place and they look you in the eye when speaking with you!I HIGHLY recommend!Tips: Go in the morning if you do not want to wait too long. more

false advertising, hospital rejects, scared of anything involving real medical skill, ask them they cant go in the hospitals,\r refused to see a lupus patient even in remission, refused a neuropathy patient.\r if you have more than a cold avoid these clinics..\r very disappointing doctors there if you can call them that they cant even give refferals.. kinda scarey really!\r \r why no hosp affiliation? not right credentials to even be allowed in to treat thier own patients or visit..\r hmmm.. more

Bay Walk In staff was of great help and the location couldn't be better.the waits are long but it is a walk in clinic,and great things come to those who wait. THANKS BWIC FOR YOUR GOOD SERVICE. more

Bay Walk In Clinic 11/26/2005

A good place to go if you need a quick test performed, but I'd definately follow it up with a visit to a doctor's office if you are sick. Although this clinic is centrally located, making it very convenient, the care recieved there is not of the quality I would desire. THe waits have been extremely long. I have since used another facility, and followed up with my family doctor. I wouldn't recommend Bay Walk In unless you didn't have another choice, and if you go, be sure to follow up with your regular doctor. more

the parking is ok. but the clinic its self is small. the staff and dr's seem to be in to big a hurry. and its always crowded. the place could use a good cleaning. more
